Pman75 on 2nd break - back up to 49k

Horrrrrrible first 3 1/2 hours of the day..... SOLID last 1/2 hour.

Had bled with nothing, nada, zip, zilch, squat down to ~21k.  Finally had a couple of opportunities to win a few hands: re-raise, make a play, etc, and hey... actually make a hand!  Whaddya know?  I was beginning to wonder!
At 300/600/75 level: called UTG raise for 1500 from BB with A3dd.  Flop was 363.  I knew he was a) very tight, b) fired every time it was checked in position to him, c) he probably had ONLY AA, KK, QQ, JJ, AK and mayyybe AQ in this spot.  I'll let him do the pulling (see old adage "why do the pushing when the donkey will do the pulling?!").  I check the flop, he complies with a 1800 chip bet.  THank you. TUrn is a 9.  I check and he bets 3800.  Thank you. River is a J.  I opt for just a call just in case he spiked the J (board also went runner runner flush).  Nitty, I know.  IF he had  AA, KK or QQ then I am missing a bet.  But if he did spike the J or back doored a flush he'll put me all in and I have a tough decision for my life.  He checks behind and shows AQ.  I made absolutely the MAX by check/calling and letting him try to get me off the pot.  He would have folded ANY bet at ANY time from me.

Back to nearly 50k, plenty of room to maneuver, and easily the 2nd chip leader behind Lukas Schwartz.  If you haven't YouTubed him yet, I suggest you do - he's a beast).

Onto 3rd level of the day.
