 Wayne shoved with AK and was called by 22.  The board was no help.  And so the syndicate's 9th season is in the books.  Thank you all for following along and helping make our group so much fun.  Season X is now right around the corner!

We don't know any details but Gary did not survive day 2.  Great run Gary!

Gary just lost a cooler and doubled up a short stack.  In a blind vs. blind battle, Gary had T7s on a board of J8494.  Villain had QT for a bigger straight.  :(  Gary went from 87k down to 55k.  Blinds at 500/1000 so he still has 55bb.

Players are on dinner break now with blinds going to 500/1000 when they come back.  Gary has 87k

Gary does a Jedi mind fold - a short stack goes all in with12k. Another player goes all in over the top for 40k. Gary has AK. He Tanks. Reporters everywhere. He finally folds. Flop is A84. 40k had 88. Short stack had 44. Whew!

Sorry to report that Jacob is out - he actually busted about an hour ago.

Gary is now up to 37.9k. He won the last pot before break with AQ. Ace hit on the flop and a Guy called him down for a 12k pot.

Wayne bags chips

Wayne made it back up to 30k before his luck turned sour again, including losing a huge hand when he flopped the nut flush with AcQc.  Villain flopped a set and ended up with a full house.  Wayne ended the night with 11.25k.

Day 1 ends

Jacob lost a big hand near the end and bagged 45k while Gary survived a very tough table to go to day 2 with 18.5k.  They take today off and come back tomorrow with a new table draw.

Level 4 update

Blinds are at 150/300/25.  Jacob is at 73k and Gary at 33.5k

Gary had 40.7k at the break and Jacob just reported in with 66k.  Dana is still out...

Unfortunately we are down a man.  Dana lost a huge hand with KK vs AA all in Preflop. That left him with 6k which didn't last long when he flopped a set and lost to a flush.

We're about 1/2 way through round 1 and Gary has chipped up to 35,900
